Terms of service

What the service does

You connect accounts you already own, we store those credentials encrypted, and we give you an API key so your own agents can reach those accounts through one endpoint. Every integration is read-only except Slack, where the assistant can also post in the workspace that installed it, and Instantly, where, if your key allows it, your agent can add leads and create campaigns as drafts. We never activate, pause or delete an Instantly campaign. Campaigns we create stay drafts until you activate them in Instantly. If you ask the agent to add leads to a campaign that is already active, Instantly will email those leads on that campaign's schedule. We also pass calls through to third-party model providers on our own credentials, metered per call.

Your account

You are responsible for your API keys and for what the agents holding them do. Treat a key like a password: it acts as the member who created it, within that member's organization, and nothing more. Revoke it here the moment you suspect it has leaked. Keys expire, and a member who leaves an organization takes their keys with them.

You confirm you are entitled to connect each account you connect, and that doing so does not breach your agreement with that provider.

You are responsible for every write your agents make through us, including leads added and campaigns created in Instantly.

Data you process through us

For personal data in the accounts you connect, including the prospects, leads and emails in Instantly, you are the controller and Single Grain is your processor. We:

• process it only on your documented instructions, which are the tool calls made with your organization's API keys, and solely for the purpose you use that account for, such as your own business-to-business sales and marketing;
• never sell, license, rent, disclose or otherwise make it available to any third party, and never use it to build, train or augment any dataset, contact list, audience, data product or model;
• keep it confidential, and let it reach only staff and service providers who need it to run the service and are bound by written confidentiality and data-protection terms at least as protective as these;
• keep none of it after the call, apart from the credential and the shape-only call log described in the privacy policy;
• protect it with encryption and per-organization isolation, and tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach that affects it;
• help you answer requests from the people the data is about, and delete what we hold when you disconnect or ask;
• honour the restrictions of the provider whose account you connected, including that data from Instantly is used only for your own permitted purpose and never resold.

You confirm you have a lawful basis for every lead you ask us to add and every campaign you ask us to create, including any notice or consent the law requires, and that they comply with anti-spam law and your provider's sending policy.

Your agent chooses every image it sends to a Jev tool, and each image goes to TypeSafe. When your agent names an image by link, our server fetches that link on your behalf, so send only links you are allowed to have fetched. You are responsible for having the right to send it, including any consent the law requires when it shows people or personal data.

What you may not do

Do not use the service to reach data you are not entitled to, to work around another provider's rate limits or terms, or to send volumes intended to degrade it for other customers. We apply per-organization rate limits, and we may suspend an organization that threatens the service for everyone else.

Availability, and the honest part

The service is provided as is, with no warranty. We do not promise an uptime figure, because we are not yet in a position to stand behind one. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Your own data is reached with your own credential, so nothing here removes your provider's own terms or protections.

Ending it

You can disconnect any service and delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes and how fast. We may end an account for a breach of these terms, and will say why.
