Terms of service

What the service does

You connect accounts you already own, we store those credentials encrypted, and we give you an API key so your own agents can reach those accounts through one endpoint. Every integration is read-only except Slack, where the assistant can also post in the workspace that installed it. We also pass calls through to third-party model providers on our own credentials, metered per call.

Your account

You are responsible for your API keys and for what the agents holding them do. Treat a key like a password: it acts as the member who created it, within that member's organization, and nothing more. Revoke it here the moment you suspect it has leaked. Keys expire, and a member who leaves an organization takes their keys with them.

You confirm you are entitled to connect each account you connect, and that doing so does not breach your agreement with that provider.

What you may not do

Do not use the service to reach data you are not entitled to, to work around another provider's rate limits or terms, or to send volumes intended to degrade it for other customers. We apply per-organization rate limits, and we may suspend an organization that threatens the service for everyone else.

Availability, and the honest part

The service is provided as is, with no warranty. We do not promise an uptime figure, because we are not yet in a position to stand behind one. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Your own data is reached with your own credential, so nothing here removes your provider's own terms or protections.

Ending it

You can disconnect any service and delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes and how fast. We may end an account for a breach of these terms, and will say why.
