The problem

A subscription for every tool, and nothing ties them together.

  • Every tool is its own subscription. A keyword tool, a lead database, an email finder. Each is a monthly plan, for a few lookups a week.
  • Every tool is its own login. Another dashboard to sign in to, another key to keep somewhere, another seat to remove when someone leaves.
  • Nothing ties them together. Finding one lead means searching a database, checking the email in another tool and joining them in a spreadsheet. Your assistant could do all three, but it cannot reach any of them.

Questions

Common questions

What can the key reach?

Only the accounts your organization connected, and only the access you granted. Accounts you did not connect are not listed.

Do you store our data?

We store the encrypted credential and a short record of each call: who asked, which service, and what kind of request. We do not store the data that came back.

How does pricing work?

Accounts you connect are free. Paid tools run on our vendor accounts and cost credits per call, from one balance. A new organization starts with $5 in credits.

Can one customer's accounts be read by another?

No. Each organization is its own tenant. Row-level security in Postgres refuses a cross-organization query, and the application connects as a role that cannot bypass it and has no schema rights. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, bound to the organization and the service. SOC 2 is in progress. The tests run against a real database as both roles.

What does it cost after the $5 in credits?

Reading the accounts you connect is free. Credits pay only for tools that run on our account, such as keyword data and web research. You top up when you need more, in packs of $10, $25, $100 or $250, or any amount from $1. There is no subscription.

What exactly can Google let you read?

Analytics, Search Console, Sheets, Docs, Calendar and YouTube, each on a read-only Google scope. You can untick any of them on Google's consent screen except Analytics.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite teammates to your organization. A connection you make is private to you until you choose to share it with the organization, so a teammate's key reaches only what was shared with them.

Do you train AI models on our data?

No. We do not train any model, and we do not keep the data your accounts send back. We keep the encrypted credential and a short record of each call.

How do I stop using it?

Revoke a key and it stops working at once. Disconnect a service and its stored credential is deleted. Ask us to delete your organization and its connections, keys and call log go with it.

How does this relate to a Single Brain deployment?

Single Grain sells managed revenue agents. The Gateway is how one reaches your accounts. This site is shared, and each organization is separated in the database. A dedicated deployment runs on infrastructure nobody else shares, for agents that need more than this shared Gateway.

One key, and your agent finishes the job.
