Set up SingleBrain Gateway: https://gateway.singlebrain.com/llms.txt?workflow=deal-sources Then run the "Where your deals come from" workflow below. Accounts: my HubSpot account, connected to SingleBrain. Inputs: none. Cost: free. Show me which sources bring my HubSpot deals, for deals closed in the last 6 months. 1. Use hubspot_list_deal_pipelines to find which stages are closed won and closed lost. 2. Use hubspot_search_deals with an empty query and the properties dealname, amount, dealstage, pipeline, closedate and hs_analytics_source. Keep calling with after until paging.next.after is gone, and keep the deals closed in the period. Group the deals by original source (hs_analytics_source). A deal with no source counts as "unknown": never guess one. Return a table: source, deals won, deals lost, win rate and amount won, biggest first. End with the source most worth more effort, and why. After setup, call onboarding_next_step with chose=deal-sources and via=prompt, and follow what it says: it lists any account to connect, then what to ask me. Only use numbers the tools return.
