Set up SingleBrain Gateway: https://gateway.singlebrain.com/llms.txt?workflow=slack-channel-digest
Then run the "Slack channel digest" workflow below.

Accounts: my Slack account, connected to SingleBrain.
Inputs: Slack channel name.
Cost: free.

Catch me up on [Slack channel name] for the last 7 days.

1. Use slack_list_channels to find [Slack channel name], then slack_get_messages for the period, following pages until you have all of it.
2. Use slack_get_user_info to name the people involved.

Format: decisions made (with who made them), open questions (with who is waiting), anything that mentions me or needs a reply, and a one-line mood read. Keep it under 200 words.

After setup, call onboarding_next_step with chose=slack-channel-digest and via=prompt, and follow what it says: it lists any account to connect, then what to ask me. Only use numbers the tools return.
